Positions & Descriptions:

We are looking for passionate individuals that love working in a fast paced, collaborative team environment while working with pets. Our associates genuinely love and have knowledge and/or experience caring for pets while projecting a positive attitude. Our Pet Care associates may responsible for dog walking, customer interaction, brushing, feeding, playtime, and cleaning.

We are looking for passionate individuals that love working in a fast paced, collaborative team environment while working with a large number of dogs at a time.  Our associates genuinely love and have knowledge and/or experience caring for pets while projecting a positive attitude. Our Day Camp associates may responsible for customer interaction, feeding, room management, behavior tracking, playtime, and cleaning.

We are looking for patient, stable, and detail-oriented customer service superstars that genuinely love pets and working in a collaborative team environment. Our Agents are required to have strong computer skills paired with basic mathematical capabilities. Agents interact constantly with via phone, email, and messaging. Agents must be agreeable and sympathetic listeners that get along well with others and enjoy providing support and help.

We are looking for friendly customer service superstars that genuinely love pets and enjoy working in a fast paced, collaborative team environment while projecting a positive attitude. Our Agents are required to have strong computer skills paired with basic mathematical capabilities. Agents interact constantly with clients in a mixed environment including phone, email, and messaging. Sales or retail experience is a plus.

We are looking for passionate individuals that love working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment while working with pets. Our groomers genuinely love and have knowledge and/or experience caring for pets while projecting a positive attitude. Groomers must be able to work with approximately 6-8 dogs a day and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Breed-specific clipping knowledge is preferred. Hand-scissoring experience is a plus.

We are looking for passionate individuals that love working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment while working with pets. Our bathers genuinely love caring for pets while projecting a positive attitude. Bathers may be responsible for assisting Groomers with prep and cleanup.

We are looking for passionate individuals that love working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment while working with pets. Our Supervisors genuinely love and have experience caring for pets while projecting a positive attitude. Supervisors have experience as a proven team leader and have a strong ability to solve complex problems. All supervisors that are not promoted from within will go through the same Pet Care program as our associates with additional Pet Care training that includes evaluations, medication administration, tailed safety programs, and special services offered.

We are looking for passionate individuals that love working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment while working with pets. Our Directors/Managers genuinely love and have experience caring for pets, leading effective teams, and handling budgets while projecting a positive attitude. Directors lead by example and hold their departments accountable to our 5-star standards. All Directors/ Managers go through the same Pet Care program as our Associates and Supervisors plus additional resort training on top of extensive Pet Care training that includes budgeting, scheduling, KPIs, and leadership coaching. We are currently hiring for two roles: Guest Relations Director and Floating Manager.

All employees must go through a paid Olde Towne Pet Resort Pet Care training program. All roles require the ability to stand, bend, and twist over extended periods of time and the ability to lift at least 60 pounds.
