As a puppy parent, I’m naturally hesitant about leaving him anywhere—but OTPR has completely earned my trust. Their live-streaming cameras let me check in on him during daycare play sessions and while he’s relaxing in his suite, which gives me incredible peace of mind. The facility itself feels more like a luxury hotel than a kennel, and the team genuinely loves what they do. It’s clear they care deeply for every pet in their care. If you’re looking for a reliable, compassionate place to leave your pet while you’re away, I wholeheartedly recommend OTPR. The facility and staff do a great job and are probably one of the few places she seems to enjoy visiting. A little pricey but worth it knowing she is taken care of.
