We provide 24-hour care for boarding pets. Our public hours are:
Mon – Fri 6:30 AM–7:00 PM
Saturday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Sunday 11:00 AM–4:00 PM

Alexandria Hours
Monday-Saturday 6:00 AM–8:00 PM
Sunday 6:00 AM–6:00 PM

We close to the public on major federal holidays, but rest assured that your pets receive 24/7 care even on holidays.

For regular boarding, reservations require a minimum one-night deposit, refundable only if cancelled 5 days prior to arrival. During holidays and peak periods, there is a minimum 3-night stay with a $5 nightly surcharge and a 3-night deposit requirement, refundable if cancelled 10 days prior to arrival. 

Our check-out time is 12:00 PM so that we may prepare the suite for the next guest. Our check-in time is 2:00 PM. Earlier check-ins and later check-outs during business hours will incur a $25 Early/Late Fee for the additional care and services your pet needs during that time.
